About Keegan Cawley

I was born and raised in Vernon, now call Kelowna home, and have spent nearly my whole life in the Okanagan, apart from a few years in Calgary and Vancouver that confirmed there's no place like the Okanagan. Today I help buyers and sellers across Kelowna and Vernon with a focus on luxury single family homes.

Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years in B2B sales with Pepsi, Kellogg's, Stryker, and Baxter, including 15 years selling capital equipment to hospitals. That work meant long sales cycles, multiple decision makers, and negotiations where the details mattered. It included the largest one-time lease in Baxter's history, valued at over $15 million.

I run every transaction the same way: a clear plan, a defined timeline, regular updates and no surprises. I've also bought and sold nine properties of my own over 20 years, so I know what the process feels like from your side of the table.

Outside of work, you'll find me on the mountain bike trails, on the ski hill, or out on the lake.
